Personal Trainers can tailor a fitness program to your specific needs. The developed plan can be as general or as specific as YOU want. It all depends on your goal and your commitment. Our Personal Trainers are skilled and can make it happen for you.

1 session (max of 3 people) - 2 people $30 per person, 3 people $20 per person

Future YMCA Member Rates (Community Participant):
1 session- $60
4 sessions- $218
8 sessions- $420
12 sessions- $600
YMCA joining fee is waived for clients who become a member within 30 days of completion of an 8 to 12 session package. Sessions MUST be used within one year of purchase.
