Applied Health Physiology, is a certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Health Care Provider, a Certified Cardiographic Technician, a certified Group Cycling instructor through the American Aerobics Association, and a certified Personal Trainer through NSCA. The YMCA wants you to have the best information and strategies available, and only those staff that exemplify commitment, personal integrity, and proper expertise will be assisting you to reach your goals.
